山东精良海纬机械有限公司前身是汶上县农业机械厂，创建于1952年，坐落在中国佛都---山东省汶上县经济开发区，后改制为现在的股份制公司。

In 2006, the Jingliang brand rice milling machinery equipment series products won the title of "Shandong Famous Brand", the JLM40/60 iron roller precision rice milling machine won the gold medal at the 11th and 12th China International Grain and Oil Products and Equipment Technology Exhibition and Trade Fair, and the JLSM series double roller rice milling machine won the gold medal at the 15th to 17th China International Grain and Oil Products and Equipment Technology Exhibition and Trade Fair.

The company has passed ISO9001 quality management system certification and has advanced and complete metal cutting equipment, including CNC lathes, CNC boring machines, milling machines, grinders, vertical machining centers, laser cutting machines, CNC plasma cutting machines, and electrostatic spraying production lines. The inspection equipment is complete, including coordinate measuring instruments and hardness testers.
